This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal information provided to us through our website, www.liatblaier.ai (the “Site”). We collect leads only for the purpose of responding to inquiries.

When you submit details via the “Contact Us” form on the Site, we collect:

  • Email address

  • The content of your message and any additional information you voluntarily provide

In addition, technical information necessary for the operation of the Site may be collected (such as IP address, browser type, and basic security data). If we have enabled analytics/marketing tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), they will load only after consent via the cookie banner, and information will be collected according to your consent settings.

  • Email/CRM providers (if integrated);

  • Technology providers for security, maintenance, and usage analytics (if enabled after consent).

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

 
Processing Content for AI-Based Orders (Only if an Order Is Placed)

In projects where you are asked to provide files (e.g., images/text for creating AI-based content), the information will be stored and used solely to produce the requested deliverable. AI vendors (e.g., Astria) act as processors on our behalf. Do not provide images of minors without parental consent. After the deliverable is provided, the information will be deleted in accordance with the retention policy below.

 
Transfers of Information Outside Israel

Storage/processing may occur outside Israel (for example, via Wix or other infrastructure providers). When such transfers take place, we do so in accordance with applicable law and the guidelines of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority regarding overseas transfers.

 
Cookies and Consent Mechanism

The Site uses essential cookies for its operation. Non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing) load only after consent via the Usercentrics Cookie Banner. You can manage and change your preferences at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link on the Site.

 
Data Retention

  • Inquiry details (leads): up to 24 months from the date of the inquiry and then deletion/anonymization, unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance, dispute management, or protection of rights.

  • Materials provided for an order: up to 90 days after the deliverable is provided (unless otherwise required by law).

  • Logs and security data: in accordance with applicable legal requirements and reasonable security needs.

 
Information Security

We implement reasonable security measures in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), including access controls, two-factor authentication for relevant accounts, encryption in transit, permission management, backups, and an incident-response procedure. In the event of a serious security incident, we will act according to the applicable reporting obligations and guidelines.

 
Your Rights

You may request access/a copy of the information about you held in our systems and request correction of inaccurate information. We will respond within the timeframes prescribed by law (up to 30 days, as applicable). If we send you marketing communications, you may request opt-out at any time, and we will honor your request.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the Central District, Israel.
